     To complete your Annual Pastor's Report, please go to (or click on link)  https://apr.nazarene.org/apr/.  

Instructions for APR:     Click on "LOGIN".  Enter Username (your email address you entered last year), enter  Password (the same you selected last year).  If you cannot remember your username &/or password, use the login help option at the bottom of the page.

     Once you have completed each of the forms below, click "SUBMIT" .  Once submitted, the report (s) will be sent directly to the District Secretary's email.
